At Blentops, we are looking for a dedicated designer who is capable of leading a team and translating requirements into real design. We are looking for someone who can propose a new design pattern not to replicate any design. If you are confident in solving design problems aesthetically, you are welcome to join us.

Core Responsibilities:
- Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Defining the ultimate stakeholders’ & users' need.
- Defining design languages, visual strategies, and interfaces.
- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test innovative design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Ability to rapidly generate different types of design patterns for specific projects. Present an explanation of every design section in detail.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members including Animators, 3D & Motion designers, Project Managers, Social Media managers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Mentor junior designers and guide to help them grow and excel in their roles.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Musemind remains at the forefront of the industry.
